Andrew Hoge currently serves as the Director of Celebrations specializing in Wedding Design at Seattle’s coveted Fairmont Olympic Hotel. He is responsible for marketing, selling and executing weddings for couples of various cultures and beliefs. Before entering the hospitality and event industry, Andrew was the Communications and Digital Manager at Luly Yang, the famed bridal and eveningwear couture designer. During his six-year tenure, Andrew oversaw the development of Yang’s social media platform, fashion show design, press efforts and styling of VIP bridal and eveningwear clients from around the world. In 2012, he graduated with a bachelors degree in Strategic Communications and Business Administration from Seattle University.
Out of the office, Mr. Hoge manages a lifestyle blog, andrewhoge.com, where he reports on culture and fashion in the Pacific Northwest. Andrew has recently partnered with Cadillac and Seattle-based fashion brand Sharply, among others, through this platform. He was humbled to spend four months as a Public Relations Intern with world world-renowned fashion designer Oscar de la Renta, in New York City. During his time in New York, Andrew assisted the Public Relations Department with press tracking and analysis, events, prepping for Fashion Week and Fashion’s Night Out (FNO).
Andrew currently serves as a board member with both the Pacific Northwest Ballet’s “Young Patron’s Circle” and the Greater Seattle Business Administration’s “Young Professionals with Pride.” In December 2015, Seattle magazine featured Andrew as a style influencer and in June 2016 425 Magazine named him a “Face of Style” in their spring fashion issue. Mr. Hoge is a media enthusiast with a particular interest in the sectors of fashion, event planning, business strategy and the arts. He plans to use his career to empower his peers to become the best version of themselves.
