We have made it through another successful year of weddings and events!  Congrats, but we're sure you're exhausted.  Come join us for a low-key, relaxed night of mingling, networking, great food and conversation at this months Wedding Network Meeting.

**Please note that due Thanksgiving, this meeting is being held on November 15th**

***We will be collecting nonperishable food items for Sky Valley Food Bank.  Please bring anything you would like to donate.***

Venue:  Duos Lounge

Duos Lounge offers a stunning location to celebrate significant moments.  An extraordinary setting at a great value, we've been helping to make spacial occasions possible since 2012.  We offer a reception space, chef's table or rehearsal dinner space, party and meeting venue.  This rustic and modern space provides a comfortable feel with lounge furniture and dim lighting.  Accent candle, copper and wood plank walls set a contemporary look in conjunction to the rustic wood slab bar top and textured cement floors.  An outside lounge patio is surrounded with floor to ceiling windows, rust grate fencing and arranged planters.  Contact us to learn more.

  • Cheese Beignets- Parmigiana reggiano beignet fried golden with Mt. Townsend now moon cheese and truffle powder
  • NW Crab Cake- Dungeness crab, Washington apple and watercress slaw, citrus aioli, micro arugula
  • Pesto Hummus Canoe- White bean hummus with basil pesto, roasted purple peruvian potato, tri-pepper jam
Plated Menu
  • Butternut Squash Bisque (GF, V)- Butternut square bisque with squash quenelle, candied pipits and fired sage

  • Short Rib "Gumbo" (GF, DF)- Beef short rib with ham hock butter beans and southern gumbo reduction
  • Pesto Cappelletti (V)- Hand-made pasta with Beecher's and ricotta cheese, heirloom tomatoes, pesto cream sauce
  • Macaroon with Chocolate- Coconut macaroon dipped in chocolate
  • Mini Milk and Cookies- Chocolate chip cookie and local milk
  • Red Velvet Cake Pop- Red velvet cake pop with cake crumble
  • Mini Vanilla Cupcakes- Vanilla cake with buttercream frosting
  • Sugar Cookie- Cindy's sugar cookies with custom royal icing

  • Petite Brownie with Ganache- Ganache covered chocolate brownie with flake salt

  • Please RSVP by the Friday before the meeting to take advantage of discounted pricing
  • All RSVP's after Friday (and walk-ups) will be assessed a late fee.

  • An RSVP without payment is still considered an RSVP and you will be responsible to pay whether you attend or not.  You may cancel your RSVP by going to your profile on the website.
