WNUSA MISSION STATEMENT:
Wedding Network USA, LLC (hereafter “WNUSA”) is a networking organization focusing on the wedding industry businesses. Our goal is to give wedding professionals a variety of opportunities for professional development through the sharing of business expertise, educational topics and networking.
Please carefully read these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") before using this website (the "WNUSA Website"). The WNUSA Site is offered to users (hereafter “you” or “your”) conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the WNUSA Website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
WNUSA is the owner of WNUSA site. WNUSA site contains information, including, without limitation, all text, graphics, photographs, graphs, sounds, data, images, audio, video, page headers, buttons, and other icons, and the arrangement and compilation of this information (collectively, the "Information") that is either owned or licensed by WNUSA.
Portions of WNUSA site may be made available only to persons who have registered and who have been issued a username and/or password or other positive identifiers by WNUSA ("Registered Users"). Only Registered Users are authorized to access the restricted portions of WNUSA site. Your use of WNUSA site and access to the Information contained therein is expressly conditioned upon your agreement that all such access and use shall be governed by all the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions. The membership fees are listed on our Join Us page of the website. We may change our fees from time to time by posting the changes on the WNUSA site without notice. All existing member agreements will be honored for the duration of those agreements. All member fee payments are processed through a third-party pay provider, Authorize.net. No payment information is retained or accessible by WNUSA. If a membership is past due the membership will be suspended.
WNUSA reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the WNUSA Website is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the WNUSA Website.
LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES
The WNUSA Website may contain links to other Websites ("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of WNUSA and WNUSA is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. WNUSA is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any Linked Site. WNUSA is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by WNUSA of the site or any association with its operators.
NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE
As a condition of your use of the WNUSA Website, you warrant to WNUSA that you will not use the WNUSA Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the WNUSA Website in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the WNUSA Website or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the WNUSA Website. However, WNUSA reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. WNUSA reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in WNUSA's sole discretion.
Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. WNUSA does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, WNUSA specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. WNUSA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the WNUSA Website and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. GENERAL To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in King County, Washington, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the WNUSA Website. WNUSA, pursuant to 17 U.S.C.
