As I reflect today on the passing of the great Steve Jobs, it makes me think, have I left my mark? Have I offered up something of value to people in my business and personal circles? And I realize that Yes, I have and so have each and every one of you.

In the wedding industry we touch countless people at every event we produce. How you present yourself, your product or services does in fact leave a lasting impression on the clients and their guests.
Every Event You Touch!
Make sure that every event you touch has been given your best effort, for you never know who is going to see your work at that event. I remember a business associate reminding me once that “we never have a 2nd chance to make a first impression.”
It’s true, and in this industry, our work speaks for us; not the website we create, the ads we put in publications, the inspiration shoots we create – but the ongoing work at the events.
Bring Your “A Game”
Look around at the successful wedding planners, caterers, florists, bakers, photographers and others who you admire in your area. They always come to the event with their A game. If you aren’t in that league yet, then strive to be like them.
